A Forthcoming Publication about Birds Marsh (read more..) --- Come and join us on aAutumn Tint "Welly Walk"--- A scoping application (08/02652/SCO) has been sent to NWDC Planning by a developer. This is not (yet) a full planning application, just a request to the Planning department for an opinion as to the scope of the Environmental Impact Assessment that would be required in respect of a proposal for Mixed Use Development of the site.
